It was just another degen day where GM’s are shared between crypto maxis in Web3 when Pixels dropped an 8-bit news bomb: the day was February 18, 2024 and the “RONers” found themselves in for a treat.
It has been weeks, nay months, since we have seen the “Wen $PIXEL?” tweets came about starting from when Pixels was introduced into the Ronin ecosystem. Now, Pixels and Luke Barwikowski have announced that there was a snapshot of the $RON stakers last February 8, 2024 in this tweet.
There is a caveat though that the $PIXEL airdrop won’t be dropped directly in your wallet but through playing the game and waiting about an hour for it to appear in your mailbox.
RON stakers rejoiced as they also found out that a day after that tweet, $PIXEL has also been listed and available for trade.
